A little bit about me.

I am a builder and a creative! I believe most worthwhile pursuits take time and probably suck at some point or another. Things such as learning the violin, building an app that people actually use, meaningful relationships, hiking to the top of a mountain, or even just staying fit.

I love the simple things in life, like good food - or a tasty cup of coffee. Sitting for a while under the sun. After college - I graduated and moved out into the big bad world by myself only to come back home and realize my family was onto something with the homemade gifts at Christmas and home cooked meals.

I’ve built and still maintain a few iOS apps on the App Store. And yes - I hand coded my first app on the App Store - truly a labor of love! I also like slowing down and spending time in nature camping with my camera in hand. I think the camera in-hand is an important bit - as it makes the nature experience more meditative and fulfilling because I’m on the lookout for beauty.

The thing that lights me up inside is bringing an idea in my mind to life in reality. Whether it is an app, or a piece of art - or finally perfecting a piece on my violin. I’m always chasing the satisfaction and connection that comes from creating something beautiful and putting it out into the world for other people to see and use.
